Yes, and it is simple. Call LEGO, customer service number or S@H number
will do, and they will direct you to the Consumer Affairs Dept. Describe
the set by number, part broken and if you can which step in the instructions
shows it. They will replace it. Since this motor has had problems with
reliability in the past, it should be expected that this would happen. LEGO
usually prefers to resolve this directly with you the consumer.
