The S@H catalog I got in the mail last week didn't have it. The one before that did. So they must have just recently decided to pull it from the printed materials, and the Boss packages were made up before that. Funny thing about the Indy Storm, one (...)   Re: 8880 Super Car motorization ideas?

You have your finger on it, Ross! It is the weight of the hubs and tires, I have decided, which exacerbates any friction at the steering arm between itself and the knuckle ball and the locking hub. I have been building an 8880 chassis from spare (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Super Street sensation 8448

They probably stopped making them a year ago, left them in the S@H catalog as long as they had a big stack of them in the warehouse, and are only down to a handfull now. It's still up at shop.lego.com until that last handfull is gone, that way (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)

(...) 8074 and 8485 have lots of these parts but can be somewhat hard to come by. Your best bet at the moment would probably be the 8479 Barcode Multi-set (I think this is still available). The 8457 Power Puller also has two small lengths of flex (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)
