The S@H catalog I got in the mail last week didn't have it. The one before that did. Ok, after tinkering with this for months, I finally have a complete Lego clock that strikes the hours! It is completely mechanical, and non-electric. It features: 375:1 gear ratio 8 hours running time 3 lbs clock weights and 2 lbs striking weights. (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic) !

You have your finger on it, Ross! It is the weight of the hubs and tires, I have decided, which exacerbates any friction at the steering arm between itself and the knuckle ball and the locking hub. I have been building an 8880 chassis from spare (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)

The 8448 is included in the little shop at home catalog that came with the new The Boss RoboRider I bought at Target this weekend. (The Indy Storm has an overprint that it is not available.) The only other physical location I ever saw them at was (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)

I was just over to my local K-mart and they had put out 5 or 6 each of the 10 small Throwbots, so I got one went to the checkout and instead of 6 dollars it scanned for 50 cents!!, yep that's $.50, HALF a buck!!.
