I never bothered picking up a Mindstorms set, as I have enough trouble
finding time for more traditional building and I know I wouldn't get good
use from the RCX. So I don't have a touch sensor of my own. But I'm
wondering if it can be used for other things.
The question is: can you use the sensor, without an RCX, as a momentary
switch to turn on devices? I'd like to wire it between a battery box and a
motor (or light) and have it close the circuit. Is this possible to do if I
position the wires just right?
