  Re: Land Carrier MK II

(...) Actually the 8457 Power Puller model (currently available) comes with two of these. You must have bought a lot of these sets though to get all those! (25 years ago, 21-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.technic, lugnet.build)

(...) Are those actually wheels made by lego or non-lego parts? Those things are huge and my imagination can't even grasp what I could create with those things but have fun. Looks great so far. -Mike (25 years ago, 21-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.technic, lugnet.build)

  8458 Silver Champion width

Does anyone know how wide the Silver Champion is? I am planning on displaying it on a display shelf with my 8880 and 8448, but it may be too wide for its long length. Rob Bryson (25 years ago, 20-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: 2 Legged Pneumatic Walkers

I've built it. It was fun. (I think I have a picture of it somewhere attacking our cat.) It walks quite slowly, and if you don't have the old-style, toothed half-bushings (Technic Bush 1/2 Type I, 4265a), the large pulleys tend to slip off after (...) (25 years ago, 20-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic)

  2 Legged Pneumatic Walkers

A few months ago someone posted the link to a few screen-shots of a pneumatic walker that they were building - the model looked a little like the PowerLoaders from the film Aliens. Does anyone have the link? Thanks Will (25 years ago, 18-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic)
