I noticed this too. The reason being is that-- to my knowledge-- the
picture displayed is just a mirror image of another photo. I don't know why
they would do that though.
I can't say much as to your 8868 anomaly, as I don't know much about that set.

| I was just looking around at various pictures of the 8460 (Pneumatic Crane Truck) and 8868 (Airtech Claw Rig) sets, and noticed a few strange things... All the pictures I have seen of 8460 (including the box and Brickshelf scan) appear to have the (...) (24 years ago, 5-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic)
