I also have a broken one of those; how did you get it replaced? Do you have
to email Lego's tech support department?

| Just ring your nearest Lego service centre (see your catalogue), and tell them that you require replacements and they will ship them to you. Lego know that these parts are faulty in some sets, they just can't tell you which ones. Martin ----- (...) (24 years ago, 29-Oct-00, to lugnet.technic)

| I rang Lego Australia and asked how I could tell if I had faulty ones. They said the only way to tell was that if they broke after a few uses they were faulty. The problem is that I have some sets that are still sealed in the box, so I can't tell if (...) (24 years ago, 29-Oct-00, to lugnet.technic)
