You mention Belgium as when the pictures are from the folders I send you.
I don't know exactly about Belgium, but these do come from the
Netherlands...
I would be suprised if the folders from Belgium would be the same though...

You are quite right about that.
The parts reference contains probably practically all elements and the
Technica just uses the elements used in technic sets. There are a very big
lot of parts which are not used in technic...At least, I think so, please
correct me if I am wrong...
