I dislike the front wheel "launcher," but I have not had any problems with the
plastic "whitening" from over-bending. Make sure that the flipper is far enough
out of the holder before bending, and this shouldn't be a problem.
Also, I get better launches when I pull up on the flipper and flip down rather
than pulling down and trying to launch up.
