Re: Pneumatic Switch 4694 - versions

(...) <--snip!--> (...) Out of curiosity, what (product) did you use to grease the surfaces of the pneumatic switch? Kind regards, J.P. Manalo (URL) (15 years ago, 3-Jul-09, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Pneumatics resouces

(...) If he needs hosting - I would be more than happy to carry it on Orionrobots. It is a shame that the wayback machine does not retain all the graphics. (15 years ago, 2-Jul-09, to lugnet.technic)

  Pneumatic Switch 4694 - versions

The other day I was cleaning some pneumatic elements and several of my pneumatic switches are pretty hard to move. I had closer look at one of them and managed to open it quite easily. I carefully greased some of the surfaces, put it back together (...) (15 years ago, 2-Jul-09, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

  Re: Pneumatics resouces

(...) I'll try sending Mr. Soh an email and see if there is any hope of the page continuing... Jetro (15 years ago, 2-Jul-09, to lugnet.technic)

(...) You can still find (at least parts of) it at the Internet Archive Wayback Machine: (URL) Anders Isaksson, Sweden BlockCAD: (2 URLs) (15 years ago, 1-Jul-09, to lugnet.technic)

  Pneumatics resouces

One of my favourite pneumatics resources is C.S.Soh's fifth-r website.: (URL) Unfortunately it looks like it has disappeared and I was wondering if anyone knows what's happened to this website. It was a little outdated, but still full of useful (...) (15 years ago, 30-Jun-09, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

Re: New LDraw Tool for Parts author: Rulers and Calipers

(...) Not for the moment - it was a scratch build yesterday evening, after I saw yours, and it is now on display in the window of my cubicle at work, just next to the display stand with 'real' calipers and micrometers and such. I might take some (...) (15 years ago, 26-May-09, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.technic)

Re: New LDraw Tool for Parts author: Rulers and Calipers

(...) Nothing wrong (you nicely prove it!). Except that I wanted the probe of the depthmeter to be as thin as possible (thinner than an axle). If you have some constructions details of your calipers, that would be appreciated! Philo (15 years ago, 26-May-09, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.technic, FTX)

Re: New LDraw Tool for Parts author: Rulers and Calipers

(...) That's a nice build! Thanks for the rulers and the idea! But what's wrong with the traditional caliper design? With that you have both the width and depth measuring possibilities in the same tool: (URL) (15 years ago, 25-May-09, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.technic)

Re: New LDraw Tool for Parts author: Rulers and Calipers

(tried to answer yesterday, but something got wrong...) (...) You can easily build a slightly shorter span version using common axle 12! (...) Here too, something went wrong. Corrected now! Philo (16 years ago, 25-May-09, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.technic)
