  Re: Liebherr LR-1750 Completion Photos

(...) Hello Alvin, Excellent work, this is a very impressive model! I really like the red & white color scheme on the luffing jib and the huge crawlers. I'm not sure if it comes apart easily but I would be interested to see pictures of the how the (...) (19 years ago, 1-Nov-05, to lugnet.technic)

(...) 30 lbs! I did not realize it took that much weight to balance the boom, but I guess that makes sense. 40 hrs is not much time at all for a design that big. Is it possible to build a crane that tall without grounded support in the rear? I mean (...) (19 years ago, 1-Nov-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Mobile Armored Strike Kommand

Anyone remember Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors? If so, has anyone tried to make one of those vehicles out of legos? If so, do you have a link to it? (19 years ago, 31-Oct-05, to lugnet.technic)

The photos show the crane set up with the heavy main boom, the superlift with counterweight tray, and a luffing jib. The overall (...) (19 years ago, 31-Oct-05, to lugnet.technic) !

  Re: Mobile Armored Strike Kommand

(...) I did some research a while back and discovered the show I remember as "G-Force" (here is Canada) aka "Battle of the Planets" (or BOTP for those in the know :) or the original name, Gatchaman. An excellent reference site is here: (URL) still (...) (19 years ago, 31-Oct-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Mobile Armored Strike Kommand

Well, I remember the show, although I didn't make the connection at first. M.A.S.K was pretty much a precursor to bigger and better stuff like transformers and action vehicles. Even though it aired a little later, it was still based loosely around (...) (19 years ago, 31-Oct-05, to lugnet.technic)

(...) A quick search of Brickshelf yielded these (URL) had the corvette, but I swapped it for something else. I was more of a G.I Joe / transformers kid. Steve (19 years ago, 31-Oct-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Mobile Armored Strike Kommand

Does anyone here remember this cartoon from the 80s? If so, has anyone tried to make lego versions of these vehicles? (19 years ago, 31-Oct-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Gottwald AMK 1000t mobile crane

I Disagree. Many models *require* a high resolution pic to properly view all of the details. If hi-res and low-res are available that's fine, but I for one am tired of seeing great models and layouts ruined by low-res junk pics. "Ross Crawford" (...)
