If you are interested in buying Lego sets (new or used) I think ebay or
bricklink are your best bet. This news group is less suited for that unless you
have a question about what you should buy, how much it'll cost etc.
In that regard <set:8445> does not have any pneumatic parts. It does have a
Shock Absorber <http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/32181c02> (as opposed to
Pneumatic Cylinder <http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/2793c01>)
<set:8868> is indeed a great set but I think even a used one would cost much
more than 55$. (once again, check bricklink or ebay to get an idea)
