If you’re referring to the yellow axles used on the left in this picture, I’d say that based on the fact that they don’t appear painted, and the fact that they appear like they might be slightly askew, it’s probably a modified section of this, this, or this.

   Is it strong enough for driving the engine?

Assuming I’m correct, if you’re pushing the car across the floor, they’re probably strong enough to make the engine work.

   And even more, is it strong enough to being used in a motorized car?

Again assuming I’m correct, I wouldn’t bet on it. You might be able to get away with it, since there’s only a 2-stud gap between the axle-joiners, but lots of fast acceleration (especially rapid changes of direction) might end up twisting them right out of the axle-joiners.
