I am thinking of buying the 8462 tow truck, and I was wondering what people

Thanks.......Rob

The tow truck is fairly good, though it does not have a drive train/engine, or
much that is technically awe inspiring (it sure is pretty though).  The
pnuematics are nice, and the pressure holds for quite a few cycles with the
two air tanks.

The scale of the tow truck is that of the technic figures, but the car is
quite a bit larger from my view of the pictures (don't have it yet).  The tow
truck does tow the 8446 crane truck nicely, and they look nice together as a
display (the pressure of the pneumatics bleeds off over a day or two though,
lowering the towed vehicle unless you have the winch helping out.)
