Sorry, always thought that would work with every browser but just found out that Mozilla has some problems with the mouse over texts. Therefore I can't tell which other browsers will display it correctly and which not. The mouse over texts are put in the 'alt' attribute in the 'img' tag. Do you have an idea how to realize the same effect with another tag that works with every common browser? Any help is appreciated. Beat

(...) That is supposed to be shown if the picture cannot be rendered, for example in text browser of when rendering as speech. (...) Why not use standard text next to the pictures, that would be the best. IMHO tooltips and the like are an "annoyance (...) (21 years ago, 10-Apr-04, to lugnet.technic)
