I have a question about a certain kind of technic gear, specifically the 14
tooth bevel gear #4143. Is it thin enough that you could use an 8 tooth gear
on the same axle as one of these and not have it rub against the 14 tooth
gear on the axle perpendicular to it? I'm wondering because I don't have any
of these at the moment, but I would probably buy some if they can do this.
Thanks,
jrl

| (...) Hmmmmm if you're asking what I think you're asking, then I'm pretty sure the answer is "no". I think there's enough room for a bush, but not an 8t gear. ROSCO (22 years ago, 15-Apr-03, to lugnet.technic)

| (...) Yup, I just tried it. Its close, but it will work. I love those 14t bevel gears. They always come in handy. Rob (22 years ago, 15-Apr-03, to lugnet.technic)
