  BOHROK News...

I went to the LEGO Imagination Center at Downtown Disney in Anaheim, CA today. They had PAHRAK and Krana Packs. The cashier said the rest of the swarm should arrive this coming week. Mike theBionicleMan (URL) (23 years ago, 20-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Manas manuals: free, you pay shipping

Howdy I got the Manas set for XMas. The larger of the 2 manuals was incorrectly bound (it goes 1-18, 11-18, 27-58, 67-74, 67-83). I called customer service & had them send me a new one. They sent me the wrong manual. On the 2nd try, I got a good (...) (23 years ago, 20-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Re: Feedback requested on an MOC chassis

Thanks for the detailed writing. Your MOC is really impressive. You have done some amazing engineering to place all that functionality into such a limited space. I truly admire the work you have done. -- Bob Fay THE SHOP (URL) Thakur" (...) (23 years ago, 20-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: New MOC: Articulated Tractor

(...) Very impressive! The loads you are referring to sound quite heavy for a Lego model to pull around and tractor itself looks quite nice and compact. :-) -Gaurav Thakur cp5670@home.com (URL) (23 years ago, 20-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Feedback requested on an MOC chassis

I wrote up a few notes on the model and images; nothing very detailed, but it should give some more information than what the pictures show. I also uploaded a few other images onto Brickshelf that I had taken the following day. By the way, those (...) (23 years ago, 20-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: New MOC: Articulated Tractor

(...) Excellent model and excellent choice on tractor to model! Among other things i collect, i collect die-cast International, Case and Case-International Ertl 1/64 tractors. I unfortuntly have not seen the die-castmodel that u built but i have (...) (23 years ago, 20-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: New MOC: Articulated Tractor

Great model! I am very impressed with the pneumatic steering. That had to be a real challenge. I will surely use your idea of beefing up the ends of the U joints. That was good thinking. Your presentation of this model is excellent. -- Bob Fay THE (...) (23 years ago, 20-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: New MOC: Articulated Tractor

Looks very good indeed. My compliments! As my latest wrecker are closing in, I think I will try to compete with yours (Steven and you) at the pulling thing. But I recon I wont be near 3kg! But I will give it a try anyway. Since your wheelbase are so (...) (23 years ago, 20-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

  New MOC: Articulated Tractor

(URL) had this model finished for a long time now, but I finally got around to creating and uploading a few webpages for it. My final maximum pull is still 6.5 pounds (2.95 kg). So, Steve Lane still holds the record for maximum pull (4.5 kg, if I (...) (23 years ago, 20-Jan-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.technic, lugnet.modelteam)

  Re: Finaly

Thanks for the additional pictures. Your notes are interesting concerning the 60 degree climb. That would be quite a challenge. I am not surprised that you broke a gear. I saw the Trike before. I thought the others were MOC's of yours. Thanks again. (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Finaly

I've uploaded a simple schematic shoving the drivetrain a little better. About the bikes it's just the trike that's mine creation the other two are the Shock Cycle and V-Twin Super Bike. (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Finaly

Your "Timberjack" is a nice piece of work. I especially like the way you installed the controls on the side of the cab. I have not figured out the suspension. but it looks like a good design. I would like to see more of the motor cycles that you (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Feedback requested on an MOC chassis

Looks like you have more gears than I have. You have sure packed a lot of mechanics into a small space. I am not sure what is going on in that chassis, but it is really interesting. I hope to see your description soon. First question I have is: What (...) (23 years ago, 18-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

Feedback requested on an MOC chassis

Hey everyone, I recently completed the chassis for my latest MOC and just wanted some opinions on my progress so far. It's not too impressive, but hey, at least it works. :-D (lol I'm only 15 years old and this is my first fairly good model) The (...) (23 years ago, 18-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: My Ambulators

Welcome Brian! This is fun right? Your Walkers are great and it takes real skill to build them. You certainly have a talent for it as well as an understanding of the sheer mechanical principals involved. I applaud you. Wow, I can't wait to see this (...)   NUI-JAGA

On the backside of the box of the Nui-Jaga (#8548)is a second model shown. With the instruction manual you can build this one. This cannot be a Rahi because it is not wearing a infected mask. What is it? Is it perhaps a Kewa (Goko-Kahu), the bird (...) (23 years ago, 18-Jan-02, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)
