Hi everyone, I have made some updates to my site that you may want to check out. First, I made complete building instructions for the window walker robot, as some people expressed interest in this. Set 8082 - motorized buildign set included both a micromotor and a car with mircromotorized wheel and rack steering. The motor is simply too slow and powerless to steer in any reasonable time. The mechanism also used rubber bands (URL) (23 years ago, 28-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic)

Two ways I can think of: 1) use one of the white clutch gears 2) us a mindstorms rotation sensor to count the number of turns Tom (...) (23 years ago, 28-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic)
