One thing I forgot to mention is that this will be powered by 4 gear motors on the back wheels and 2 to steer. The steering wheels will be powered by an RCX and monitored with a rotation sensor. Finally, a decent Technic discussion! (...) I'm not sure if it will be easy to get 2.5" of ground clearance given the wheels you will be using.
