  Re: Two silly items

(...) Fair enough. Leave the Bionicle to those of use who find them useful, then. I promise to leave the metroliners alone. Better a small, low cost technic set with useful new parts than another overpriced old train with the same useless parts (...)   Re: Copper Masks

What's the details about this promotional? Only one TRU in this neck of the woods, and it's not exactly in "Oh just going down to the store, be back in a few" range... BTW - side note: was at a Walmart today, and tucked in amoung all the Jack's, (...) (23 years ago, 12-Sep-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Bionicle Questions

(...) Random Spackfiller ready! (...) explaination one: Releasing the sets in stages, the Toa were the first to appear. Since the Tohunga and Turaga are less easy to come by many people will have just the Toa at the moment. Being an action figure, (...) (23 years ago, 11-Sep-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: FOTW (ish)

(...) Just get a few pieces of wire, strip the ends, twist the cores and fold them back on themselves, then push them in the top holes of the motor (don't use the end holes, as the wire might go in too far). Push the other ends into the battery box. (...) (23 years ago, 11-Sep-01, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.technic)

  Re: FOTW (ish)

(...) Thanks Jason Unfortunately it didn't come with a lead. I have a couple of leads with a middle plastic pin but no motors to go with them and I have an old black motor but with no lead so I'm a bit stuffed for testing it. I guess it's 4.5v even (...)   Re: FOTW (ish) / Is it a very old Technic Motor?

I should have posted this to .technic in the first place. I was tired. Hi all I went to a Meccano show at Whitewebbs Transport Museum near Enfield on Saturday (because I had been invited there by a chap from the UK Bayko club but that's another (...) (23 years ago, 11-Sep-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Tohunga goldmine!

We went over to the McDonalds on State Street, near K-mart today here in Binghamton NY. Score! They had all of the Tohunga's! :) We were able to get 5 each thanks to the nice manager. :) Just a heads up for you all :) -- Nicole, widow to Kenneth A. (...)   Tohunga Quest! Action! Adventure! Well, ok, maybe not...

A few days ago, we were at a McDonald's in Wal-Mart, picking up some Hukis. My little brother was very excited, he loves Bionicle, and he got some mask sets, so he wanted to get two (at least) of each Tohunga so he could make different villagers. (...) (23 years ago, 11-Sep-01, to lugnet.technic)
