I think it is pretty much a fact that the US boxed mask packs are intentionally packed 1 Toa 1 Turaga. Of 23 purchased, (12 S@H, 11 Wal-Mart) only 2 have deviated from the above pattern. (...) This is probably a Dacta set (Dacta is the educational arm of Lego). The set reference has entries for a few sets around that number - 1030, 1031, etc. It'd be good to get scans & info for the set for the set database if you have the (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jul-01, to lugnet.technic)
