Re: The bodge and it's use in Technic Construction

(...) Here's one: inserting the studs of one beam into the axle holes of a Technic beam. They're not designed to fit properly, and the parts will actually deform over time if left long enough. (26 years ago, 12-Apr-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Pneumatic Pump Testing Goes Hi Tech

(...) Thanks for the information. I'm going to see if I can get hold of one of these... (...) (...) Methinks it'll be muscle wire or air muscle or something akin... Well, if you don't need the pneumatics any more, how about "donating" them to me :-) (26 years ago, 12-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic)

Hi Jonathon If you build the 4 models in the instructions, re-using parts if you've already used them, or adding from your collection as required, you should end up with a close approximation of the set's inventory.   Re: looking for inventories of 8064 & 9v power pack

(...) I need an inventory of the whole set so that I can identify what parts I dont have that are needed for an 8064 so that I can obtain them. (26 years ago, 11-Apr-01, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.db.inv)
