Sobasically whatyou're saying is that the third and only the third is operated by the chain (or the string in JC's idea)? Would that make the third section sturdy? Because from what I've seen it doesn't look sturdy at all. Thanks. (20 years ago, 16-Jan-05, to lugnet.technic)

IMHO TLC is not producing longer cylinders becase when piston is sticked out it can become bent in two ways 1. as a rod 2. in the place where rod's connected to the piston (inside) it is a very big problem to make piston's rod stiff and seal it up (...)
