Besides replacing the old style half bushings [LDrawPart 4265a:7] 4265a Technic Bush 1/2 Type I with the new ones [LDrawPart 4265c:7] 4265c Technic Bush 1/2 Type III the only major change is the way you manually turn the pulley wheels.
