Oh, man, I forgot about that. Here, we have to go searching for some place
that will take them. So I do not feel bad about cutting them up.
I should warn you that this does not ALWAYS work.
I had some where I had Sam's and Coke, and the bottles would fit together,
but others with same brand of pop which ended up being WAY too snug...so try
this at the risk of losing yer dime...
I'll bet if you do this, and the project doesn't work, the recycling place
won't take them, since they have been cut.
I took some crushed pop cans into a recycling depot in Connecticut about 15
years ago, and tried to get my .05 each back. The teenage girl working
there refused, since they could no longer fill them back up with soda.
I weep for the state of American education.

They read the UPC barcode for all the containers, and spit out a refund slip that (...) (24 years ago, 25-Aug-00, to lugnet.storage)
