You'll never get me to admit that I used basement related criteria in our

Well, I just signed onto a 2 bedroom, 2 bath town house style apartment
with double deep garage. It's 1245 square feet. I haven't decided
exactly how things will be laid out, but I may build a train layout in
part of the garage. It should definitely allow me to keep most of the
LEGO out of the living/dining room and even out of the spare bedroom (or
perhaps I can move it to the garage while visitors come or something).

Folks who compete against me in eBay will be happy that my monthly LEGO
budget will be shrinking quite a bit...
