I've noticed both storage and sorting are popular here—and with some collections upwards 100k, I can understand. Sorting seems almost a sub-hobby of a hobby. But I have to ask, is there anyone who does not sort? Even a larger collection? I have a (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jan-03, to lugnet.storage)

Oh, another sorting tidbit: Be careful of over sorting. I have bins with 1xN bricks sorted by exact size and color and bagged. These rarely get used during construction. Instead, my overflow storage bins are what is usually used. My overflow bins (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.storage)

(...) I have yet to find the ideal sorting tray. So far, the old plastic inserts work the best for me. The 24 compartment trays from the Christmas calendar sets are also highly useful. Another useful thing I have for sorting is a shallow serving (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.storage)
