Re: Question about larger storage drawers

(...) I change over to small 1-gallon to 1.4-gallon bins, stacked on Ikea wire shelving. It works fairly well. I don't think I have any basic bricks anywhere in drawers anymore! best LFB (23 years ago, 14-Mar-02, to lugnet.storage)

  Question about larger storage drawers

I've finally started to sort my LEGO. I;ve been using a drawer system suimilar to the Akro-Mils Storage Cabinets from a company called Stack-On. I found the cabinets at Home Depot for $10-$15. You can see a picture of them here: (URL) (The light (...) (23 years ago, 14-Mar-02, to lugnet.storage)

Re: House Hunting (was K'nex or something

(...) Well, I just signed onto a 2 bedroom, 2 bath town house style apartment with double deep garage. It's 1245 square feet. I haven't decided exactly how things will be laid out, but I may build a train layout in part of the garage. It should (...) (23 years ago, 14-Mar-02, to lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.storage)

(...) And I haven't been evaluating positions of closet doors and such in my apartment search... And the only reason I'm looking at two and three bedroom units is so I can have space for visitors to sleep... Frank (23 years ago, 13-Mar-02, to lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.storage)

House Hunting (was K'nex or something

(...) There's an old running gag in Model Railroading circles: you can tell the diehard MRR on a househunting trip, because the first thing he(1) does is check out the basement to see how the columns are laid out and where the furnace room is and (...)   Re: "Fixing" movable dividers in Plano boxes

Don't glue it, bite it . . . with scissors. Cut the edge of the divider to make barbs. Problem: Loose divider between bins slips and the contents of adjacent bins merge. Acceptance Test: The divider remains seated when sweaty fingers move up one (...) (23 years ago, 12-Mar-02, to lugnet.storage)

Re: BLdb version 0.1 Previews announcement

This is an awesome idea! In fact, I've begun the very same project a couple times, but never run it to completion. One feature that I wanted the most in my version, and would very much like to see in your version is integration with BrickLink. (...)
