Looking at the new catalogue (who's not?), it appears that
Lucasfilm, Ltd., has trademarked the word "Imperial."  This
brings to mind the boardgame variant of "Indiana Jones" from
days gone by, where they attempted to trademark the term
  "Nazi."

  Ack.

Here's another real-life adventure in the realm of copyright names.  When the
Olympic games were courted for an appearance here in Seattle, they explained
that no business in the area could use the term "Olympic" in it's name whlie
they were here.  Well, our very visible Olympic mountain range has spawned
countless businesses with the name, and it's not likely that they were going to
change.  Of course, it all became moot when the IOC turned Seattle down.
(Thank goodness)

I wonder if Darth is one of thier copywright negotiators.

"The power or your copywright is insignificant when compared to the power of
our lawyers."
