Yes, they're the classic 4x8 space wings. Good news: there are actually 28 of
them in total (14 pairs) - each "wing" of the TIE Interceptor has 7 wing
pieces.
So I guess it's time to fork over your cash. :)
I think there are LOTS of great parts in this set (i.e. tons of 1x8 tiles in
black and blue)
