Where do you find a reference to a pod racing bucket?

Subject: Pod Racing Bucket

And what, exactly, is the point of the 7159 Pod Racing bucket?  In what way is
it different from the 7171 Mos Espa Pod Race set?

It even comes with much the same minfigs: Jar Jar, Anankin and Gasgano.  Will
it just be slightly cheaper than the 7171 set?

I think it's silly.  A Star Wars bucket would have been a fantastic idea
(especially if it had Storm Troopers, but taking an already-available set and
shoving most of it in a plastic bucket is not going to sell well.

Is it?
