I think someone posted this quite a while back as well and it works great. My
simple SW fig that you may have seen is a Rebel Soldier in Jungle gear (aka
Endor).
It requires pulling the arms off of the Jedi Luke from the Speeder Bikes and
changing the color to dkGray but no paint or part alteration is required. You

Other than that someone had an Idea for an Emporer/Darth Sidious that was
relatively simple.
Of course there are a lot of custom figs out there although I don't personaly
subscribe to using glue or cutting pieces up many of these figs are great.
