Good/Interesting parts I can see:
(No macaroni Bricks(those are round-top bricks on their side, like Eric said))
12 6091 1x2x1.3 round-top bricks
2 6191 1x4x1.3 round-top bricks
2 brown town seats
1 green "Set 4561 Nose" wedge
1 pair 2x3 half-wedge bricks
Lots of green plates
If I notice anything else, I'll let you know.
