Well, the AAT is an alternate model for one of the droids (Droideka, I think)
and is coming out as a System set.
Keep in mind, this is the first liscence TLG has gotten, and they're probably
going to do a lot of new stuff. What would they have duplicated before? They
have done helicopters in Model Team, Technic, and System, after all. But they
weren't based on a specific "real life" one, because that's not something TLG
has done before.
Anyway, just because it's an alternate model, that doesn't mean we won't see it
next year, or even this year.
