No, the X-Wing is 12.5 meters long. This is straight from www.starwars.com.
You can double check for yourself if you like.

It is in the correct scale when compared to the X-Wing, comming in at 2.2 studs/meter (...) (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)
