In case anyone missed the posting on r.t.l, I have just posted the scan of
the droids at

http://www2.pncl.co.uk/~huw/lego

Thanks to Martin Tuck who found 8001 in the midlands of the UK. Sadly, there
are none round my part of the countrey yet :-(

Come and increment my web counter... :-)

(...) Now, shall we play the game of identifying the new parts on these sets? :-) The legs of the 8002 seem to be new, and there is a new 3x5 L-shaped liftarm with a curved arc on it. That set seems to be really good for parts. Fredrik (25 years ago, 16-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Wow! I'm definetly going to get that destroyer droid, although it strikes me most of it's the wrong colour. I can't wait to modify it. You know that destroyer droid you can get in the shops that opens into attack formation and starts to pummel you (...) (25 years ago, 16-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) Huw, hopefully you'll have a few more hits now that your site is mentioned at www.theouterrim.com. Everybody, they have an update on that list of 2000 SW sets, so go check it out; it's (currently) the third headline from the top. Joel (25 years ago, 18-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)
