Unfortunately, every mini-fig pack they've ever put out (among specialized
themes) is full of primary characters, not grunts. We only get one soldier
in the Ninja pack, and every pirate set had a redbeard, for example.

| (...) An SW minifig pack (or two) seems almost essential for SW-LEGO. Especially if they're willing to make mini-figs of all the important characters who might not make it into one of the vehicle/base/location models. Think about Leia Organa. What (...)
