Really. Gluing is a no-no in my book. But I would much rather use Elmer's if
I had to use a glue.
Super glue can be removed with that zap stuff available at hobby shops,(1) but
I would still worry about it. And the possible chemical affects it may have on
the plastic.

1. Off-topic - anyone ever notice how much better the super glues and epoxies
at hobby shops are compared to what you can get at other stores and such?
My theory is that most stores sell the weaker stuff due to the "stupid
consumer" theory. They are less likely to hurt themselves through their own
stupidity if the product is weaker. And my all-time favorite epoxy was called
"double-bubble" - but that is what the USAF uses on aircraft. Great stuff.
Wicked strong. :-)

| (...) I assumed it was because of the other "stupid consumer" theory -- the quality of the product doesn't matter, people will buy it if it's cheaper and we *say* it's good stuff. Steve (25 years ago, 25-Jun-99, to lugnet.starwars)
