Say, although DM seemed a bit surprised when he realized he was trapped in the final containment field adjacent QGJ's, do you think there's any chance that DM might've somehow known about these a little bit (...) | | | | (...) What I want to know is why OBK couldn't run fast enough to make it all the way through the barriers. Remember how fast he and QGJ moved when they were on the ship and facing the destroyer droids? Then they were moving at "ludicrous speed" -- (...) (26 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Unless in some later movie OWK, in retelling this story, smacks his (...) (26 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Let's see... he books it really fast into the little room with Maul, who uses his souped up reflexes to chop him down, because Obi-Wan's natural reflexes are unable to let him block the strike. A good time to use speed, to me, would be when (...) (26 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

| | | | From what I remember, the book mentioned that it was appearing that Maul was leading them somewhere intentionally. So I think he was trying to separate them. Correct, Maul was pacing, Q was meditating, OWK was bouncing. Sorry. My favorite part was (...) (26 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)
