Gah! Why the heck would they ever start releasing EU TIEs when they still haven’t released a minifig scale TIE Interceptor?!?!?!? Currently, the only TIE Interceptor available outside of Japan is the UCS version. They don’t even have any plans to release the Mini TIE Interceptor as (part of) a non-Kabaya set.
