Here's a hovercar I made after thinking about the yellow hovercar Anakin used in SW Ep II. I liked the exposed engine, but wanted a closed cockpit & flared sides on the front of the hood like over the wheels on a Corvette, thus the name: (9 URLs) (...) I too have found in assembling other creations that any part that needs friction or tension, as a tab A into slot A part, will have some variance in holding strength depending on how it comes out of the mold or what angle it is turned at. Best rule (...) (20 years ago, 6-May-04, to lugnet.starwars)

Not sure this has been mentioned elsewhere or if anyone else had an issue but I thought I'd share this experience and building tip: After I assembled my 4504 I was disappointed to find that the mechanism for opening and closing the entrance ramp (...) (20 years ago, 27-Apr-04, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) I remember seeing this image pop up sometime last year, and that it looked like it might be a "trench run" TIE-Fighter pack (DV's TIE + two regulars). I know that I may be behind the curve here. But has anyone else received their new release of the "Millennium Falcon" yet? I raised the box flap to see this great depiction of the "Death Star Battle" and, lo and behold, there was a picture of a set (...) (20 years ago, 23-Apr-04, to lugnet.starwars)
