Nice remake. I can't help comparing it with the original though -

Everything behind the cockpit is greatly improved. the colours work better
on the new one with the more contained areas of light grey and the more
libreral use of dark grey. The engine pods stand out as the highlight for me.

The access method is clever, but in all honesty I think I prefer the cockpit
in the original version. Perhaps it just looks a little sparse compared to
the old one. This could be due to all those exposed studs in an otherwise
fairly studless design. (Side note - The pilot wouldn't want to suffer from
vertigo with that seating position. It would almost feel like there's no
ship at all. I hope the shielding's good ;)

Overall, though, an improvement on the original and a cool ship in it's own
right. I'd buy one.

Nice to have you back.

Cheers,
Allister
