I would have to agree with just about everyone else... Stormtroopers. Scout
Troopers are just that, scouts. They watch for attacks and scout areas for
enemies. They are lightly armored and armed, and are meant to be highly
mobile to avoid detection and attack.
Stormtroopers on the other hand are meant to act as soldiers and/or guards.
They are heavily armed and are expected to attack or defend depending on the
situation. Therefore Stormtroopers are the logical choice for defending an
Imperial bunker.
Of course, this all depends on what you mean by "patrol." If you're talking
about a group that stays fairly close to the as a primary means of defense,
then go with Stormtroopers. If you're talking about a group that goes a
good ways out from the bunker to simply watch for attack and warn the bunker
that attack is imminent then go with the Scout Troopers.
