  Re: Newest mod

(...) WOW Jimi, I mean, Rob Nice job, I didn't think there would be enough room to be able to power the fig from inside, but once again, your evil modification skills have mastered the unthinkable.   Newest mod

I just finished my latest achievement. I have made another minifig lighting mod. Smae quality as you're used to, but with another added feature. This minifig has an LED lightsaber, Battary in the torso, and an on/off switch! Just push the head down (...) (20 years ago, 13-May-04, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space, lugnet.general)

Re: Corellian "Corvette" in the Coruscant skyways

(...) The tiles would definitely look better, but none came with the set, & since I had started it as a one-set-only-moc, i tried to make it better within that set. Thanks! Jeff (20 years ago, 12-May-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Corellian "Corvette" in the Coruscant skyways

(...) Right on! Do you have any 1x6 lt.grey tiles instead of that plate? It looks like one stud of the 1x6 plate is holding up the side mirro - so how about doing a 1x4 tile and then a 1x2 plate, then but a 1x2 grille-tile on top of the exposed stud (...)   Re: Corellian "Corvette" in the Coruscant skyways

(...) Thanks, i tried a stripe & it didn't look quite right right, so i left it red, but i wouldn't mind trying to mod it & add it to the civilian MOC contest! Jeff (20 years ago, 9-May-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Corellian "Corvette" in the Coruscant skyways

(URL) (...) Jeff - this is pretty friggin cool. Definately more than what I thought could be built from a single set! Bravo! I'd suggest adding a highlight color (like Dark Grey?) as like a stripe down the side or something, as that would add a bit (...)   Corellian "Corvette" in the Coruscant skyways

Here's a hovercar I made after thinking about the yellow hovercar Anakin used in SW Ep II. I liked the exposed engine, but wanted a closed cockpit & flared sides on the front of the hood like over the wheels on a Corvette, thus the name: (9 URLs) (...)   Re: Construction Tip for the Millennium Falcon Entrance Ramp

I too have found in assembling other creations that any part that needs friction or tension, as a tab A into slot A part, will have some variance in holding strength depending on how it comes out of the mold or what angle it is turned at. Best rule (...) (20 years ago, 6-May-04, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Theed Palace Hallway

Take out all the tan, replace with dark grey, add some dino tails, imprison all the figs, and you'd have yourself one fine Jade Empire prison moc. Keep up the good work! --Ryan W. (20 years ago, 28-Apr-04, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.castle, FTX)

Re: Construction Tip for the Millennium Falcon Entrance Ramp

Construction Tip for the Millennium Falcon Entrance Ramp

Not sure this has been mentioned elsewhere or if anyone else had an issue but I thought I'd share this experience and building tip: After I assembled my 4504 I was disappointed to find that the mechanism for opening and closing the entrance ramp (...) (20 years ago, 27-Apr-04, to lugnet.starwars)

  Theed Palace Hallway

Check this latest MOC from our (URL) homepage.> An MOC that's a cross over between Castle and Star Wars. I've been planning to do a Theed Palace but couldn't decide on how large it was going to be and if I could get the correct look and scale of it. (...)   Re: Darth Vader's Tie-Fighter?

(...) I remember seeing this image pop up sometime last year, and that it looked like it might be a "trench run" TIE-Fighter pack (DV's TIE + two regulars). It's probably going to at least start out as a S@H exclusive, since it's in the 10000 range, (...) (20 years ago, 23-Apr-04, to lugnet.starwars)
