Re: Build a Mini Imperial Shuttle from Mini set #4486

(...) James, All three of your models so far look awesome. If you don't stop soon, you won't have anything to model from the other MINI sets! Derek (22 years ago, 23-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  ozBricks Fans Websites

Hi everybody. Since a lot of LEGO fans have websites under ozBricks, and most of us don't even know of their existence, I made a website that contains a full list of links to those websites. www.ozbricks.net/links It's divided so far to sectors like (...)   Re: Mini Y-Wing from set 4486 (was Re: Build a Mini Imperial Shuttle from Mini set #4486)

(...) James, These are great. Please keep going. You haven't even moved beyond 4486 to the other MINI sets yet! Always good to get some alternate model MOCs since it's easy to know if you have the right pieces! Thanks, Paul (22 years ago, 23-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Disappointment with Snowtroopers

(...) Those are just pre-production pieces. The actual helmets may look different; after all, if you recall in the Nuremburg pictures they had no helmets *at all*. So I'd say hold your final assessment until we've seen some that are guaranteed to be (...) (22 years ago, 22-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Disappointment with Snowtroopers

I don't know, I think it's just disappointing at how they made the snowtroopers. Does anyone else have comments? It looks fine, until you see the helmet. I think they could have done a little better, with the imperial guard helmet being done nicely, (...) (22 years ago, 22-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Gungan Bargo Landing Craft

Gil, (...) Kinda surprised that the Bongo sub was the only vehicle mentioned in use and that's exactly what started this. (...) You're right on the concept that I had for this craft. Actually had to go back and see footage from Saving Private Ryan (...) (22 years ago, 22-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Gungan Bargo Landing Craft

That's great stuff Amado! An excellent interpretation of what such a craft would be needed to move those Kados around! I always wondered how they got them to the Gungan City... It looks to be based somewhat on the beach head landers of WWII. The (...) (22 years ago, 21-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)
