  Re: ...the hell?!?

Looks like the seller got a hold of some blank/unused cardboard backings for the Kenner figs. Looking at the Darth Maul one, there is no name in the Red Box nor is there a UPC code on it. (Of course it could also be a bad pitcure.) Then place (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: ...the hell?!?

(...) If it isn't illegal, it certainly close to being immoral, not to mention terribly misleading. (...) Hmmm... I'm guessing the seller bought 4 of those mini action figures sets, somehow carefully opened them up, then stuck the mini-fig inside, (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: ...the hell?!?

(...) How can they be 'sealed in box'?? Something just ain't right with this here picture! Dave K (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: ...the hell?!?

That's terrible. What idiot would be dumb enough to bid on those?!?! They say Kenner right on them! Besides, isn't that illegal, using Kenner's packaging for a Lego product? Clever though, and kinda nifty. -Stefan- (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: New MOC: N-1 Naboo Starfighter

Wow...that's a lot of yellow 1x1 tiles. Very cool. That back section is very intricate, and I like the way yo contoured the bottom just with the slopes. The SNOT front is also really nice. Great rendition! -Stefan- (...) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: New MOC: N-1 Naboo Starfighter

Gotta love it. I was never a fan of the basic design, but your rendition rocks. Keep up the good work! Take care, Soren (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars)

  New MOC: N-1 Naboo Starfighter

Hey guys, I've uploaded my Naboo Starfighter MOC. You can see it here: (URL) 1:1 scale, so it can't hold mini-figs (at least not with keeping it proportional to itself). Anyway, let me know what you think. Thanks. -Bruce Brucey-Wan's Homepage - (URL) (22 years ago, 8-Feb-03, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.announce.moc)

Thanks Mark. Are you a fellow canuck? I did think about puting something in the dome and then I didn't get around to doing it. Jamie www.ozbricks.com/jneufeld (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Mini Alphabet Project

Thanks James. I'm glad you like the F-wing. It's my least favorite of them all. It was hard doing that one in mini. Jamie (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Mini Alphabet Project

Those are great Jamie! I too like the G-wing the best. It's my favorite of the minifig scale. suggestion: try a gray 1 x 1 tile inverted and wedge it perpendicular between the studs under the clear dome. It has a good likeness to the pilot (...)   Re: Mini Alphabet Project

(...) The f-wing IS dead on. The m-wing I think is a little off. But they are All great looking mini alphabet fighters. I'd buy those mini's as much as lego's. -Semaj (URL) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)
