    Spiffcraft Dealership! —Mark Sandlin
Hi Everyone, Today was the most successful SEALUG meeting yet! We had about 20 people show up, and we had a grand old time. About two weeks ago, I posted instructions for my Spiffcraft and I suggested people make their own variants and bring them to (...)      Awesome! Love the Spiffcraft dealership! I REALLY liked the Jar-Jar chain gang! >:) I think I'll use my Jar-Jar's to scrape the deposits off of the inside of the primary sub light thrusters for my Mark 4. Can't wait for that... Beautiful pics! ~Trev (...) (24 years ago, 17-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.wa, lugnet.org.us.sealug)

Nice dealership, and a sales staff with a human touch, no spiteful droids, though with a service department run by Watto (and the price gouging on spare parts that implies) and the obvious environmental protection violations with fullerene lubricant (...)          Re: Spiffcraft Dealership! —Lindsay Frederick Braun
(...) ^^^^ ^^^^ (...) This is interesting. I thought one of the problems with fullerenes is that they're singularly unreactive, and therefore difficult to find? And anyways, before you rule out a Spiffcraft, just remember that 1974 Vega you *used* (...) (24 years ago, 17-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.wa, lugnet.org.us.sealug)

          Re: Spiffcraft Dealership! —Brian Cooper
(...) You've obviously never seen a fullerene space tanker spill and hundreds of forlorn wailing Gungans so covered in super lubricant that they are unable to stand up, big ears flopping helplessly. Gungans will also drink radioactive reactor (...) (24 years ago, 17-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.wa, lugnet.org.us.sealug)

*ahem* Uh, Spiffco has always been concerned with the, uh, safety of our customers' money and we, uhmm , want to give you the utmost in quality. ~Mark "Muffin Head" Sandlin (24 years ago, 17-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.wa, lugnet.org.us.sealug)

(...) Yes, safety of the money is paramount. When one of those big gold coins explodes it can ruin your whole day. :-) (Weird! It trimmed off the post Mark was replying to. No doubt because it was below his sig block) (24 years ago, 18-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.wa, lugnet.org.us.sealug)

(...) Hmmm, do ya s'pose it thought that whole quote was part of my sig? ~Mark "Muffin Head" Sandlin (24 years ago, 18-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.wa, lugnet.org.us.sealug)

(...) I think the -- lines before signatures tell most news readers to cut this and below off when it is replied to (so signatures don't get in the way of the message). -- Andrew, Agent 0007 (24 years ago, 18-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.wa, lugnet.org.us.sealug)

That's Dan Parker's Imperial Palace. I have a another pic here: (URL) that's all I have. Dan was telling me yesterday that he has a lot of stuff that he hasn't photographed. Maybe one of these days I'll visit his place and get some photos... :^) (...) (24 years ago, 17-Dec-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.wa, lugnet.org.us.sealug)
