  Re: Jormungand Carrier Strike Craft

(...) Okay, can't type, too busy drooling! (...) If you mean taking pictures, then yes, I record almost all of them. But if you mean recording them in LDraw or MLCad then no, not often, if ever. I keep meaning to get around to it but there's not (...) (21 years ago, 15-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Closing airlocks

(...) As cool as the 8x8 radar dish hatches look, placing them so they swing outwards is a major engineering mistake, since you'd have higher pressure pushing it open instead of closed. Of course, that's just a hatch, not a full airlock. I think the (...) (21 years ago, 15-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: lattice windows

(...) Hello Joakim Olsson, thanks for your compliments, and I've got to say: you made quit a nice building using lattice fences and headlight bricks. But I agree with you on the windows becoming too bulky. If you could get rid of the bulky bricks, (...) (21 years ago, 15-Oct-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: lattice windows

(...) Hello Anthony Sava, thanks for your compliments! I think i've seen this solution before on some pirate ship moc, and kept it in mind, well, till now I suppose. (...) You are right on this. I thought of fixing it with replacing the brick with (...) (21 years ago, 15-Oct-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: lattice windows

These are so very very very cool! I can't wait till I have a MOC I can use these ideas on. I. I like this window alot. I've seen the SNOT fences used that way before, but I've never seen a fence slipped inside an arch like that. It REALLY makes the (...) (21 years ago, 14-Oct-04, to lugnet.space)

  Closing airlocks

This has probably turned up before, but I wanted to know how people recommend that closing airlocks should be created. I may not use any of your ideas, but I would like to know what techniques there are. I am interested particularly in airlocks that (...) (21 years ago, 14-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build)

  Re: lattice windows

snip (...) I think it looks great! Here is a not finished house the used another solution: (URL) used the "headlight piece" to do it. The windows got to small and bulky so I abandoned the idea and rebuilt the whole house, because I wanted the house (...) (21 years ago, 14-Oct-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: VIKING MUCUS FIST!!

Lenny, you have a great sense of humor, I laughed out loud viewing the adventures of Viking Mucus Fist. It's also a plus that you backed up the laughs with a very nifty little floating Viking sailbot, built using SNOT construction, of course. (...) (21 years ago, 14-Oct-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
