Hey everybody,

Today I was surfing the web and I went to lego.com. While there I saw this:
http://club1.lego.com/clubpages/default.asp?mode=view&PP={1876D510-AF8E-420B-A733-9EE9C378B8C7}&locale=2057

In "his" creations there is a picture of something that I'm pretty sure is Jon
Palmer's Q-wing. It even has the same name! Could someone please verify that
that is indeed Jon's Q-wing? I don't think that stealing someone's moc is right.

(...) That really does look like Jon's. I am very sure of it, since looking at the picture how it shows the top view in a smaller box, and Jon is the only person I remember doing that. Stealing a MOC is not right, at least I don't think it is. Chris (...) (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space)

That is indeed Jon's Q-wing. I'm emailing Lego about it, because borrowing ideas is one thing, but stealing a MOC is another. (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space)

(...) Look's like Jon's to me, as well. The photography quality/style is way out of whack between the two MOCs, which is often a telling sign that image theft has taken place. (...) I've had someone point out where one of my MOCs had been posted in (...) (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space)

(...) Kids on the LEGO club pages take credit for other people's MOCs all the time. It's happened to me before. It's especially funny when someone uploads a photo of a stock MegaBloks set. -Grand Admiral .space Curator (URL) (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) I got pwned. Maybe I'll mention it to LEGO. Thanks for the heads up. [ j o n ] (20 years ago, 8-Aug-04, to lugnet.space)

(...) Oh, yeah. That's definetly Palmer's work. I'd recognize it anywhere. It would appear that there is a design theif in Lego's mists. (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.space)
