Very cool. The leg design is ingenious.

However, from a practical point of view, a three legged bot isn’t very, um, practical. Take out one leg, and it looks like those legs could be taken out quite easily, and it’s down for the count. Four or more legs allows a certain amount of redundancy. If one leg trips, it can stand on the other three.

Let’s see a five1 legged version. :)
